jẹká jẹun is the Yoruba invitation that opens every good meal. We turned it into a tour: a way of sharing Nigerian food, Yoruba culture and the neighbourhood we love with anyone hungry enough to join us.

The idea was simple: the food of Nigerian Peckham deserved to be shared properly, by its own people, at its own pace, with its stories intact. Not a restaurant crawl. A hosted welcome into a living culture.
Every tour supports the independent makers on our route, keeps money in the neighbourhood and sends guests home as regulars rather than tourists.

Our aim is for jẹká jẹun to become the way London meets Nigerian hospitality, enterprise and culinary heritage: with dignity, joy and very full plates. The tour is the beginning; the community around it is the point.
